In November, 29th I organized a Japanese dinner at the "Accademia della Cucina Piacentina". It took quite a while to decide the menu (here is the pdf). The night was for the kickoff of a new magazine (Sapori e Saperi) promoted by my friend Iuni Katayanagi from "Il ponte dei colori". Here is a short video we took. Following, some pictures.
